From the app, which is immediate

  1. Open TreePal and go to Settings.
  2. Choose Delete Account at the bottom and confirm.
  3. If you signed in a long time ago you will be asked to sign in again first. That is the app making sure it is you, not a second step you can skip.

Without the app — if you have lost the phone, or removed it

Write to partnercodessupport@gmail.com from the email address the account uses, with the invite code if you still know it. Your account is deleted within 30 days, and you get a reply when it is done. If the account has no email address — one started without signing up — say so and give the invite code, which is the only thing that identifies it.

What is deleted

None of it can be recovered afterwards. There is no deactivation, only deletion.

What is not

What TreePal stores in the first place is on the privacy page.
